SolarKapital Group based in Germany, via the Greek entity SKYIELD SMSA, successfully completed the acquisition of two photovoltaic stations, located in Arnissa (Pella) and Kileler (Larisa) with a total installed capacity of 1.4MWp.

    The selling party was the industrial company A&G PAPER SA and the total transaction value exceeded the amount of EUR 3,000,000. SolarKapital Group, also operating photovoltaic stations in Crete, Rhodes, Germany and France thereby nearly triples its Greek portfolio and remains aligned to its strategic plan in acquiring a series of high-quality PV stations in the country in the months to come.

    On the occasion of this transaction, Andreas Leimbach, Managing Director of SolarKapital Group said: „We have been successfully operating in Greece for more than ten years and we are committed to expanding the portfolio further into double digit MW size.
