The objective is to further establish business in Germany. ENcome now operates more than 200 MWp assets under management. The service portfolio focusses on the technical operation (“Operation and Maintenance”), reconditioning as well as consultancy services for investors, banks and insurances. In parallel SolarKapital increases its stake in ENcome to nearly 50%. SolarKapital together with the Management aims to keep ENcome’s strong level of business growth also for the upcoming years. Already 2014 ENcome’s business volume will double compared to 2013. For that purpose SolarKapital further pushes its “Buy&Build”-strategy in this sector.

In the future, kWh+ will operate under the name of ENcome Energy Performance Deutschland GmbH, the brand kWh+ will be continued as a product brand. Beside Dr. Robin Hirschl, Burkhard Söhngen will become the second Managing Partner in the ENcome group. In the course of this transaction SolarKapital GmbH & Co. O&M KG increases its stake in ENcome to nearly 50% and thereby guarantees a solid financing for the planned growth. “We will further cooperate in the organical and inorganical growth of ENcome.
