The acquisition of the PV plants with a total nominal capacity of around 1.7 MWp was carried out as part of a complex transaction and by way of two share purchases.
The seller of the PV portfolio is CIC Erneuerbare Energien GmbH, an internationally active full-service provider in the field of renewable energies based in Regensburg. The total value of the transaction exceeds € 3 million.
The rooftop PV plants are located in Bavaria. The PV portfolio is expected to produce over 1,500 MWh annually. With the acquisition, SolarKapital group increases its managed plant capacity to around 6 MWp in Germany and around 12 MWp across Europe.
