In September 2014, SolarKapital GmbH & Co. O&M KG (“SKOM”) has increased its share in kWh+ Solar Service GmbH ("kWh+") from 72% to 85%. In a next step SKOM will contribute its shares of kWh+ into ENcome Energy Performance GmbH, Klagenfurt.
